Is Think Exam, online examination reliable & confidential? Is my data safe and secure with Think Exam?

Do Think Exam have a desktop application? How can we conduct offline as well as online exam?
Yes. Think Exam also provide desktop application. Our Desktop application offer institutes to conduct in-house offline test. All the test & packages available on online application are downloaded into offline app. Once the test is conducted, Result can be uploaded from offline application to online sever. You can take the same test online or even offline on desktop application.
Is it possible to conduct OMR based test or Exam from the application suite of Think Exam?
Yes. At Think Exam, we have our own OMR sheet reading application which provides 100% accuracy in reading OMR. OMR result & reports can be viewed by students in online application. Verificare, an OMR sheet reading application allow you to read sheet & Test Analytics software allow you to synchronize the result with online application.
What is the difference between practice and examination type test.
In examination, you allow student to give test on particular day & time. Once the test date and time is passed, students are not allowed to take the test. You can also generate Rank & percentile of Examination type exam.
In Practice, student are allowed to give a test again and again for practice without having any date & time.
Can I import question into Think Exam online software from Excel & Word.
Just a click & all your question will be imported into our online question bank from your excel and word files. At Think Exam, we have tried to make a user friendly import question options from word into word.
How many types of question can I add into online question bank? Can I add multiple and match matrix questions.
You can add eight type of question.

What is coupon? What does coupon distribution summary shows?
Coupon is automatically generated tickets of worth decided by you. It is not possible for every student to arrange a debit & credit card for transaction to buy a package. By distributing coupon, you allow student to buy a package. Coupon distribution summary shows you the complete summary of coupon sold by your staff or your vendor.
Is it possible to customize the Think Exam web based application software & desktop application.
Yes. We are open to any kind of customization.
How many types of payments mode do student have to use to buy package?
Student can do the payment through their credit / debit card and also from our internal coupon system. We provide you by default payment gateway from our end. Amount deposited by student will be transferred into your account after every fort night.
How can I integrate payment gateway? What I have to do for using payment gateway.
You can also integrate your payment gateway which will be a customization in our system. You have to contact to your bank to issue a gateway kit in your account and have to provide that to us. Rest of the work will be done by us.
Can I share my documents and files with student?
We have given an option in student management section to upload document and share your information with student.
How to add news & updates?
Go to Student management section > news section. Click on add news & update section in the sub menu tab. Once you have added news, news will be visible to student at his dashboard and new left menu.
Can I directly publish test and package to my institute website?
Yes. Package and test can be directly published to your website. A few line of code will be given by us and you can apply the code to your pages where you want to publish or we can do at your place.
